December Newsletter
Dear Parents,
WOW…December is here!  We have been enjoying some warmth the last few weeks, but that is all about to change on Tuesday.  Please remember to bring a warm coat, hat, and gloves next week.  All the kids have learned the “Dip and Flip” method of putting on a coat, so ask them to try it at home.  Just remind them to stand by the hood or collar.
We are gearing up for the next holiday season and our holiday activities include, candy canes & Christmas trees (that was this week), gingerbread, reindeer and some cooking fun.
Our letters this month are “N”, O” and “P”.  For the letter “P”, we will be having a PJ day on Thursday, December 14th and Friday, December 15th.  We will read the book, “If You Give a Pig a Pancake” and make our own pancakes to enjoy.
Holiday Break December 18th - Jan 1rd.  Classes resume January 2nd!
We wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday break!

Thursday and Friday is our Mother Gooses Parade!!!
Have your child come to school dressed in a Mother Goose costume with their regular clothes underneath.  We will begin to line up upon arrival and leave for the parade by 8:30.  Following the parade, we will place the costumes on the lockers.
Please let us know if you need help with a costume idea or have any questions.
